Black Legacy
The Black Legacy Committee in partnership with various campus entities have planned a variety of incredible in-person and virtual events all happening this month and next month between Sunday, January 29th - Thursday, February 9th to celebrate the second annual "Black Legacy Cal Poly". We invite you (and your family and friends too!) to join us in community to celebrate the Black Cal Poly collective, Black power and unity, and Black culture during Black Legacy Cal Poly 2023!
Pre-registration is required for the Black Legacy events listed in the table below. Please RSVP by Tuesday, January 17th - BIT.LY/BLACKLEGACY2023 (Registration will open on January 10th).
Be sure to RSVP for the events that include food and/or tickets. We can only provide food and/or event tickets to folks that RSVP. Events that require event tickets (e.g., basketball games, shows, etc.) will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket confirmations will be sent via email. Faculty, staff, students, alumni, community members, and family are all invited to RSVP for Black Legacy Cal Poly.
